In the event the actual shipping costs on an order are lower than expected, we will refund any excess in shipping cost over $2.00.

Please note that weather may affect on-time delivery. We will provide you with the information you need to track your delivery status directly with FedEx, UPS Or USPS.

Orders received by noon (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, will be processed that day. Orders received after noon (Pacific Time) may be processed on the following business day. Shipping times should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification. In the event we are out of stock on any item you order, we will contact you promptly to discuss a solution.

Shipping Method

The following USPS Priority Mail rates apply to all FREE SHIPPING (domestic) orders & USPS orders:

Shipments within The U.S.A.- $8.95 (up to 20 lbs.) 2-5 business days (Delivery to APO's and FPO's can take up to ten days, or more in some cases.)

Shipments to Canada or Mexico- $27.95 (up to 20 pounds) 6-10 business days

All other countries serviced by USPS Priority Mail- $43.95 (up to 20 pounds) additional customs fees may apply. We cannot be responsible for products confiscated in customs. Please know what your country accepts for shipping and what they exclude.

All shipments for USPS Priority Mail are insured.

FEDEX (FedEx Standard Overnight orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not guaranteed to arrive according to the schedule below.)

When items will arrive:

Standard Ground 5-7 business days, excluding holidays.

2nd Day Air Arrives in two business days when ordered before noon PT, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard Overnight Arrives next business day when ordered before noon PT, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Priority Overnight Arrives next business day before 5pm when ordered before noon PT, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

First Overnight Arrives before 10am next business day when ordered before noon PT. Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
