In the event the actual shipping costs on an order are lower than expected, we will refund any excess in shipping cost over $2.00.

Orders received by noon (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, will be processed that day. Orders received after noon (Pacific Time) may be processed on the following business day. Shipping times should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification. In the event we are out of stock on any item you order, we will contact you promptly to discuss a solution.

Shipments within The U.S.A.- $8.95 (up to 20 lbs.) 2-5 business days (Delivery to APO's and FPO's can take up to ten days, or more in some cases.)

Standard Ground 5-7 business days, excluding holidays.

2nd Day Air Arrives in two business days when ordered before noon PT, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard Overnight Arrives next business day when ordered before noon PT, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Priority Overnight Arrives next business day before 5pm when ordered before noon PT, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

First Overnight Arrives before 10am next business day when ordered before noon PT. Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

In some cases, your order may arrive in a previously used box. We feel it is our responsibility to be environmentally responsible by recycling all packaging materials. We encourage you to do the same.
