We understand that ordering our products online without seeing them in person can be challenging. We do our best to include detailed product descriptions and images so that you will be pleased with your selections. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. All returns must be authorized and pre-arranged with Kama Sutra Closet.

Returning Sex Toys and Novelty Items-
All Novelty sales are final unless there is a valid manufacturer defect. Upon receipt, please carefully open your item, read the directions and insert batteries or charge the unit for the recommended period of time to make sure that your item is working properly. Defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt and will be replaced with the same item or a merchandise credit will be issued. Please understand that unless these products have a valid manufacturer defect, they may not be returned. In some instances we may refer you directly to the manufacturer for replacement. Once any item has been used it may not be returned. Please keep all product packaging for 30 days and be sure to fill out any warranty cards upon receipt of your product. We will help you to determine if your product has a valid defect when you contact us.

Returning Lubes, Lotions and Cleaners-
Within 14 days of purchase, you may return any unused/unopened item, with all original packaging intact for credit, refund or exchange. Defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt and will be replaced with the same item or a merchandise credit will be issued. We will help you to determine if your product has a valid defect when you contact us.

Addressing Returns:
Depending on the item, the return address may vary. Please use only the return address we provide you with in your Return Authorization email.
